About me

Hi, I’m Jason—an ex-bodybuilder and personal trainer from the UK with 28 years of experience. Fitness has been a lifelong journey for me, but it didn’t start out perfectly. Like many, I began without much structure, chasing numbers and not getting very far. Over time, I learned the value of smart, balanced, hard training.

I earned my Advanced YMCA FIT Personal Trainer Diploma in London, covering everything from exercise science to coaching and nutrition. But my biggest lessons came from training alongside top athletes like IFBB Pro Charles Claremonte, Neale Cranwell (4x Mr Universe), IFBB Pro Carmen Knights, and 2007 Olympia competitor Eddie Abbew.

Over the years, I’ve built an arsenal of unique exercises and techniques that truly work—especially useful in crowded gyms where machines aren’t always free. Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help you train smarter, not just harder.

My Philosophy

Training is about more than sets and reps; it’s about helping others grow, inside and out. Guiding someone to become stronger, more confident, and more capable is incredibly fulfilling.

I believe personal training should be accessible, which is why my pricing is designed with affordability in mind. My goal isn’t just to guide you through sessions, but to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to train independently—whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned lifter.

Training is about more than just building muscle too. As we grow older, maintaining strength and mobility becomes increasingly important. It’s better to be the oldest person in the gym than the youngest in a care home. A bit of muscle soreness today is a small price to pay compared to the long-term discomfort that comes with limited mobility.

You’ll be forgiven for thinking that all personal trainers are the same, and of course, there is more than one right way up a mountain. What sets me apart is my genuine desire to showcase the unique effectiveness of my muscle-building training style. As an ex-bodybuilder, let me prove this to you.

Personal Training

I currently offer personal training sessions at Clever Fit gyms in the Munich central area or U-bahn accessible. To keep my rates competitive and accessible, if you’d like to train at a gym outside my membership, a daily guest pass will need to be purchased in addition to my hourly rate. This allows me to continue delivering great value while accommodating your preferred training location. Before booking, please confirm that your chosen gym offers guest passes. I’m also happy to meet you for sessions at your home gym or even outdoors, weather permitting. Let’s make your training experience as flexible and effective as possible!
